The Penthouses of the Royal Oasis is a small 12 unit building located in the heart of Playa del Carmen, in a safe community known as "Centro" or affectionately as "Little Italy" due to the high volume of Italian restaurants. Both our Penthouse Condo and Condo Studio Suite rentals are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans. Both our Condos have in-suite washers and dryers, Local Cable, and Apple TV for Netflix and Wireless High Speed Internet.

Both our condos are wheelchair accessible (The bedroom in the Penthouse is not wheelchair accessible)

Smoking is permitted outside on all patios and deck areas, we ask you to be courteous and use the ashtrays that are available.

Both our Condo Studio Suite and our 1 bedroom Penthouse are pet friendly for pocket dogs.
A Pet Security Contract and Deposit will be required and our Pet rules and regulations must be followed. (Please check for availability, more information and details)

Airport transfer arrangements are available upon request.

Our office is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
