Reservations & Deposits
Minimum Stay is 5 nights in either the Penthouse or the Condo Suite in Summer Season and 7 nights is Holiday and High Season
You must submit a Rental Reservation Request
Upon receipt of your Rental Reservation Request we will notify you within 48 hours with confirmation and all details
A deposit of 50% is required to hold the reservation (if your dates are more than 60 days away)
If your dates are within 60 days of arrival 100% is required
Reservation deposits can be made by either:
Bank Transfer (Bank Transfer fees are $35.00 USD)
or
PayPal (4% of total rental amount)
Or
Canadian Email Transfer (no fee)
Reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit, and a Deposit receipt will be emailed
Refundable Security Deposit is $500.00 USD and is due upon arrival (paid in cash)

Cancellation Policy and Refunds
60 + days in advance - Deposit minus $50 USD will be refunded
30 - 60 days in advance - 50% of deposit will be refunded
Less than 30 days - No deposit will be refunded
In the event you are unable to travel due to hurricanes - Deposit minus $50 USD will be refunded
